CONSULTATION FEES
Our consultation fees are determined by the amount of time you spend with Danielle in the travel clinic. Fees are billed per person, per appointment. You may be able to claim a portion of these fees back from medicare. If you have private health insurance you may be able to claim a portion of the vaccination / medication fees back from your health fund.
TRAVELLERS OVER 16 YEARS OF AGE:
Consultations of less than 15 minutes are charged at $30.00
Consultations of more than 15 minutes, but less than 30 minutes are charged at $50.00
Consultations of more than 30 minutes are charged $80.00
TRAVELLERS LESS THAN 16 YEARS OF AGE:
Children aged under 16 years are billed at the medicare rebate fee, meaning these travellers are not “out-of-pocket” for their consultation fees as the full fee will be refunded by medicare**
Consultations of less than 15 minutes are charged at $17.85
Consultations of more than 15 minutes, but less than 30 minutes are charged at $33.80
Consultations of more than 30 minutes are charged $49.80
** Traveller must have a valid medicare card to claim these prices
VACCINATIONS
Our travel medicine clinic stocks every private vaccination that is registered for use within Australia.
The prices for these vaccinations are not listed, as the prices are subject to change. Prices are discussed before any vaccination or medication is given, so that the traveller is fully aware of the costs involved.

All malaria prophylactic medications are stocked in the travel clinic and are dispensed after an initial consultation.
The prices vary from $1 per tablet up to $8 per tablet.
